Oktoberfest!

Aloha everyone!  We had an amazing time at the Oktoberfest yesterday with Greg's fellow group members from the MPA and their friends.  We arrived around 11am and our table was reserved until 4:30pm. We had a really great time, as shown below.

This is a shot of right when we came in. Not many people were there yet, but it filled up within about 20 minutes. There were rides and food booths everywhere...it was huge! We even walked by a couple haunted houses.

This is a picture of Greg with two of his new coworkers in front of the big beer tent where we had our table reserved.

The fare. (Not shown: chicken dinner).

Jenny enjoying the fare, trying to show just how big everything is. When the server brought NINE big beers to the table, we were very impressed. Even more so when Jenny had to pick up hers with two hands!

Jenny with her two new friends. Behind them was a table full of Danish guys that had never been there before. They kept holding up their beers and saying, "Vikings! From the Nooorth!".

Luca, Greg, and Remo about to sing Ein Prosit, a German beer drinking song.

Greg with all of his new coworkers at the MPA.

Our favorite picture of the two of us.

A shot of the beer hall, if you look closely you can see the band in the distance.
